1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and browsing our website or registering for our professional training programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all provisions within this document, you are prohibited from using this site or receiving Glace Byte services.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, coding architectures, designs, visual assets, and training materials featured on this site are the exclusive property of Glace Byte IT Solutions. Unauthorised reproduction, copying, distribution, or redistribution of Glace Byte codebase templates, graphics, or lesson assets is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent.

3. Services & Project Engagements

All client engagements, app developments, and custom IT services are governed by separate, formal master service agreements (MSAs) or statements of work (SOWs). Information and pricing shown on this public website are estimates and do not constitute a binding legal contract.

4. Glace Byte Academy

Aspiring students who enroll in our training academy programs agree to pay the designated tuition fees and act in accordance with professional conduct standards. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any student who behaves disruptively or violates our academy honor guidelines. Course registrations and seats are subject to availability and batch capping.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Glace Byte IT Solutions, nor its directors, employees, or mentors, be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of your use of our software solutions, coding templates, or educational courses.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kerala, India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts in Kottayam, Kerala.
